As muscle movement is the principal factor in all physical activity - especially sports - it is understandable that muscles get injured so often. Without good treatment, even minor strains may repair poorly and result in permanent scarring and adhesions in the tissues, which will impair performance. As a therapist and personal trainer with over ten years experience, Zoe will work through the fibres of the muscles using a variety of massage and soft tissue techniques. The warmth generated causes muscle and tissue relaxation that helps remove the toxins from the muscles and bloodstream thus speeding up recovery.

Included in the leg massage, stretching will also be used to test for tight areas and flexibility imbalances.
